Yoghurt sour cream dressing
Ingredients
- 125 g yogurt
- 125 g sour cream
- 30 ml olive oil
- 20 ml white wine vinegar
- 20 g honey
- 160 ml milk

Mix all ingredients.

Strain directly through iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip.

Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake approx. 16 times.
