Enjoy a little tropical flair and top your coffee with our coconut cream.

  • 420 ml heavy cream
  • 1 × carambola (star fruit)
  • 80 ml coconut syrup
  • 1 tsp. coconut shavings


Pour the heavy cream into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper together with the coconut syrup. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously.


A cream hood can be placed on every hot or cold coffee immediately. Depending on your taste, the coffee can be sweetened with 20ml coconut liqueur and divided into larger glasses.


Garnish the drink with coconut flakes and star fruit.
