- 420 ml heavy cream
- 3 l coffee
- 5 × carambola (star fruit)
- 160 ml coconut syrup
- 160 ml coconut shavings
Mix the hot or cold coffee with coconut liqueur, sweeten to taste and spread over large glasses.
Pour the heavy cream into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper together with the coconut syrup. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. A cream hood can be placed on every coffee immediately. Garnish the drink with coconut flakes and star fruit.
Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
