- 180 ml coffee
- 70 g granulated sugar
- 10 ml Vanillesirup
- 40 ml water
Boil sugar, vanilla syrup and water. Remove it from the plate and add the coffee. Let the liquid rest until it has cooled completely.
Pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake 20 times.
Serve on cold or hot milk and enjoy!
Note: For the perfect result use two thirds of milk and one third of Dalgona Coffee cream on the top.
