Quick & easy with Frikoni Schaummilch
Strawberry Shake with Vanilla Foam
Ingredients
- 900 ml Frikoni Schaummilch
- 10 ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 200 g strawberry (strawberries)
- 4 tbsp. vanilla ice cream
- 200 ml milk

Puree the milk, strawberries and vanilla ice cream in a blender.

Shake the Frikoni Schaummilch vigorously for a few seconds. Then pour into a 1 l iSi Whip together with the syrup. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake 16-18 times.

Place two scoops of ice cream in a glass and fill with the Strawberry Shake. Dispense the milk foam directly from the iSi Whip on top.
iSi Tip:
The iSi Whip does not need to be shaken before the next preparation of the foam milk topping!
