Foamy Pea Soup

For preparation with the stainless steel Straight Tip

Foamy Pea Soup
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g peas
  • 80 g Basic Textur

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g peas
  • 80 g Basic Textur

Preparation

Boil the peas in vegetable stock until soft and season with salt and pepper. Puree in a blender, add Basic Texture and refine with milk.

 

Pour through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.

 

Serve in a glass and garnish with roasted bread chips if desired.

This recipe is prepared using the iSi stainless steel Straight Tip.
