Ginger Beer Mojito
A tangy non-alcoholic cocktail.
- 450 ml water
- 200 ml Ginger Beer
- 20 ml lemon balm syrup
- 1 × organic lime(s)
- 2 × stalk of mint
Wash the mint and lime. Finely dice half of the lime and squeeze out the juice from the other half.
Pour all ingredients into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle and carbonate using an iSi Soda Charger.
Wait 2 minutes before opening.
iSi tip: For that extra bit of fizz, cool the drink well and add carbon dioxide.
