Light Yoghurt Mousse with Red Berries

Loose, frothy and light - as a mousse should be.

  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 240 ml yogurt
  • 60 ml vanilla syrup
  • 100 ml vanilla milk


Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper and close. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. The amount of syrup can be reduced or increased to taste. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Sweeten the fresh berries to taste with sugar and crush with a fork. Put the yoghurt mousse in a glass in alternating layers with the crushed berries and granola. Enjoy immediately.

iSi tip

Honey or fruit syrup can also be used instead of vanilla syrup.

Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
