Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 × shallots
  • 0.5 × lemon(s), juice and zest
  • 8 × scallops
  • 1 tsp. Fishsauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 8 tbsp. canola oil

Put all ingredients together in a 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip.
