Vegan chive sauce

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 40 g pickles
  • 100 ml canola oil
  • 10 g Estragon mustard
  • 40 ml vinegar
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 6 g Magic Texturizer
  • 0.5 g bunch of chives, cut
  • 50 g Vegane Handsemmel


Put all the ingredients (except the chives) in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.


Finely puree the mixture with a blender or hand blender and pour directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into the 0.5L iSi Whip.


Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 16-18 times. Serve in portions as needed and decorate with chopped chives.
