Vodka martini with coffee infusion

Ingredients
  • 300 ml Vodka
  • 45 g coffee, coarsely ground (100% Arabica)
  • 1 × Wermut Dry
  • 45 g coffee, coarsely ground (100% Arabica)
  • 45 g coffee, coarsely ground (100% Arabica)
  • 45 g coffee, coarsely ground (100% Arabica)
  • 45 g coffee, coarsely ground (100% Arabica)

Preparation

Pour the vodka and coffee into a 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Attach the Rapid Infusion accessories to the iSi Gourmet Whip according to instructions. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger, vigorously shake the iSi Whipper and allow to rest for 20 minutes. Afterwards quickly vent the iSi Gourmet Whip by pressing the lever. Unscrew the head from the iSi stainless steel bottle and remove the sieve together with the sieve gasket. Empty the vodka through the iSi funnel & sieve into a glass.

Serving suggestion

Fill a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Per drink, add 5 cl dry vermouth and 5 cl vodka coffee infusion, and mix well for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass and garnish with orange zest as desired.
